For one-van shops

One-van shops · Plumbing · Electrical · HVAC

The job you didn’t answer is already booking someone else.

Built for the owner who’s still on the tools — not a shop with a front desk. Keep the cell on the van. When you’re under a sink, in a panel, or on a roof, we pick up like your shop and text you the lead.

Start with your cell

Your trade

Two minutes. Star codes on your cell. $10/mo + $5 a qualified job. If you’ve got a CSR, this isn’t it.

Built for the trade, not a generic receptionist

A burst pipe, a sparking outlet, and a dead furnace are not the same call.

What hits your texts

Name, number, address, what’s wrong, how bad.

  1. 01

Forward the cell you already have

The number on Google and the van does not change. Missed-only or every call. You choose.

  2. 02

We pick up like your shop

A dispatcher for your trade — not a menu, not a robot reading a script. English or Spanish, no “press 1.”

  3. 03

    Lead hits your texts

Name, callback, address, what’s broken, how bad. You call them back when you can wipe your hands.

The price

$10/mo + $5 a qualified job.

Rosie starts at $49 and meters minutes. Smith and Ruby meter calls and people. You pay $5 when we land a ticket you can actually run.

  • Quiet month

    $10

    Coverage only

    You still have coverage.

  • Intro

    $10

    3 qualified jobs

The hold

We text the homeowner too, so they stop dialing the next van.

Rosie, Goodcall, and Smith mostly notify you. That’s half the job. The caller who just hung up is already scrolling Google. We send a shop text: we have the leak, you’re calling back.

Price and the product

What counts as a qualified job?
Name, callback number, service address, and what’s wrong. That’s a ticket you can actually run. Hang-ups, robocalls, and “is this the owner?” sales pitches are free.
Why not a flat $49 like Rosie?
A slow month shouldn’t cost the same as a flood week. Rosie bills minutes whether the call was a job or a robocall. You pay $5 when we land a ticket you can run. If it gets busy, that’s more jobs — still $5 each.
Are the first three jobs really free?
Yes. The first three qualified tickets on the account are $0. After that it’s $5 each, plus $10 for the month.
Do you book Jobber / Housecall Pro / my calendar?
No. You’re on the tools. We text you the job and text the homeowner that you’re calling back. You book it when you can wipe your hands. Shops with a front desk already have software for that.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. The number on Google and the van stays yours. You dial star codes and we catch what you miss — or every inbound call, if you want that.
What if the caller hangs up and dials the next plumber?
We text them from the shop the moment the ticket is in: we have the job, you’re calling back. That’s the hold. Rosie and the rest mostly text you. We text both of you.
